Q: What is this charge from Maddie Girl Productions, LLC?

Q: What is the cost of admission?

A: It's 20 dollars a person, plus taxes and fees. 

Q: Will I be in the room by myself?

A: No. The only way to guarantee you and your party are the only one's in the room is to book all available slots. I.E. if there are 12 available slots book all 12. If you leave any open slots they can and will be filled up by other guests. If you book 12 slots and show up with any less you will still be billed for all 12 slots.

Q: I get claustrophobic, in closed in places. Can I get out without solving the puzzle? 

A: Yes! You may leave at any time you wish, without penalty. We here at Bolt! seek to create a safe, fun, environment for all of our guest. Each room is equipped with the game door that has been closed with an electromagnetic lock, and an emergency exit door. At any time, you feel a panic attack come on, just walk out the door.  Feel free to rejoin the game, when you are ready. (Please note, time will not stop.)

Q: What is the youngest age we have to pay for?

A: Children 6 and under free with a paid adult. 7 and older the fee is the same for everyone. $20 + taxes and fees.

Q: What is the age range for players?

A: Any age can play! However, children under 18 will need to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver. Children under the age of 14 will need a parent or guardian in the room, during the game. 

Q: Do you offer birthday parties?

A: Yes. We offer birthday parties at Bolt NWA! We have a room that you can have cake and ice cream and such in. The room is $100 for 1 hour and holds up to 25 people.

Q: Is food and drink permitted?

A: No, outside food and drink is not permitted within the game areas. We do however offer free popcorn and sell soda on site. Crackerjack NWA does sell food from their food truck and you are allowed to bring this inside.

Q: Are weapons permitted?

A: No. We do not allow weapons, (guns, knives, etc.). We have a strict No-Tolerance policy, on this. You will spend the hour running around an enclosed area with random strangers. We want to make everyone feel comfortable. 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We will refund ticket sales, up to 24 hours prior of your game start time. After that, you will not receive a refund. A small fee will be taken by the card processor that Bolt NWA does not have any control of. As well if you have previously rescheduled this appointment we will not offer a refund. We do not offer a partial refund if members of your party do not arrive at the time of your booking.

Q: What is your policy on disruptive guest?

A: If a guest enters our premises and seems to be intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol we will call that guest a cab, to get them home safely. 

If you are unruly during game play, we can and will ask you to leave, and you might receive a ban from Bolt NWA!

Q: What is your policy on breaking items within your room?

A: We monitor every game. We have a control room, with someone constantly watching your every move. If we see you attempting to force your way into a piece of furniture, that clearly has a lock. We will politely ask you to stop. If you continue with destructive behavior, and break into our props, you will be held accountable, and you will be required to pay for any damages. 

Q: Why do I have to sign a waiver?

A: This is a new form of entertainment, and people are unaccustomed to it. We as a company must protect ourselves from players who seek to destroy our property, but also in case something happens during the game, and you require medical attention. The waiver gives us the right to seek emergency medical treatment. We want a fun, safe experience for each one of our guest. 

Q: What if we are running late.

A: We set our schedule to allow for some leeway. However if you are over 5 minutes late we will start the game without you. You will need to reschedule or forfeit your payment. We can not hold games for others as we have many bookings and don't want to encroach on others playtime.

Q: I booked for 10 people but only have 4 with me. Do I still have to pay for the 10.

A: Yes. We book by the slot in all rooms. If you take those 6 spots and do not use them we can not resell those slots as it is too late. This may not be a problem for you but it does take from our business and our ability to be here for you in the future. This applies for any room and any booking.

​Q: I booked more than 1 room but now my group is smaller, Do I still have to pay for all of the rooms I booked?

A: Yes. When you book multiple rooms and then do not use those rooms you are taking from our ability to provide our service to others who are interested. This is especially crucial on weekends as they are our busiest times. If you book more than 1 room you will pay for that room regardless of if you fill that room. This policy also applies to normal bookings. If you book for 12 people and show up with 10 you will still pay for 12 people.

Q: I have a gift voucher, can I get a refund for the cash value?

A: No. A gift voucher does not have any cash value. We do not offer any refunds on them.

Q: Can I use my gift voucher for my birthday party or team building or any other discounts offered?

A: No. Please choose one method. Discount or Voucher. We wish we could be like Kroger and do double coupons. But for now we are unable to do that.
